Any ideas how to proceed in buying tickets for Borussia's EL away matches?

For Rome you can buy tickets in Curva Nord here:

You should book Sektor 48/49, I think there will be a lot of Borussia supporters. Tickets for Sektor 50-52 will be sold only by Borussia, I think four weeks before the match.
Getting tickets for Wolfsberg will be a big problem I think.

It is not possible to buy tickets as an german! Are there any other possibilities to get tickets for this match?
