i'm just back from a trip to Germany and got to the game.
The team played a great attacking performance in the first half and looked like scoring every time they had the ball. Rosler was playing well and Marin (if he can learn to pass a ball sometime instead of beating every player), with Friend and Neuville tearing the defence apart. Ndjeng also was making chances all over.
So it was no injustice to be 2-0 in front at half time.
In the second half, Marin and Rosler went off and Neuville dropped the pace and suddenly Friend could not control a bag of cement never mind a football.
But the 3 points are well deserved, and we were even top for a couple of days. (Mind you, we were top of the BL this time last year
)
Oh, and one more thing: the crowd were magnificent, always behind the team, lifting them and carrying them through the difficult 2nd half. True support

As you know Ins the game kicked off at 16.30 our time and was over by 18.30 so when I checked the D:SF highlights show it had been and gone.It was all Bundesliga and somebody called Borussia were playing but it couldn't have been Moenchengladbach 'coz this Borussia LOST
