Kevin Nicholson from Southampton (Member of BMG Fan-Club "British Borussen" and Season-ticket-holder in Borussia Park) is death last week.

RIP Kevin
You`ll never walk alone

i'm absolutely upset, i met kev a few times at the borussia park and he was a true football fan and loved his club (southampton) and of course borussia.

i have contacted him plenty of times by email and we were to meet up at the aachen game in september, but because of work commitments he couldn't make it. i can't believe now that i won't see him again.

my condolences to his family, of course. i hope they can take some comfort in the knowledge that kevin had a great impact on all of us who met him and knew him even briefly.

to add a memory of kevin,
last season, as borussia were sliding out of the 1st league, we met at the fan haus after a game. he was phoning home to find out how southampton had got on. when he heard they had won, he knew every other teams games and results and worked out that saints were into the play-offs. its a think only a true fan can understand - how you know all your rivals games, who is injured, who is playing well, who has argued with the coach.
of course, saints lost in the play-offs and kev was disappointed but its difficult to relate these things as bad news in this context
