Just sat through the biggest load of crap ever,Dundee United v Hibernian,to see what Mark Kerr was all about. The game just passed him by(basically because the ball was lumped forward as quickly as possible and it looked like they were playing with a balloon the ball was in the air for so long),looked like he has quick feet but didn't seem interested.Looked like a player that knows he's leaving at the end of the season.Willo Flood and Mark de Vries did catch the eye for Dundee United and there was a lad in midfield from north Africa I think, whose name I couldn't pronounce never mind spell who wasn't bad
Re: New players
This Wayne Hennessey fella, might he envisage a passionate love affair with Borussia?
Re: New players
He's playing in the Championship at the moment,Doc.That's the zweite liga to any normal thinking person(only in England,eh!).Were you there last night? What did you think of James Collins? He's playing in West Ham's reserves (even before his knee injury) surely he could do a job for us and be guaranteed first team football.I don't think Ins would be too happy though as he's ex-Cardiff City.Pity to see Marko sitting in the stand and not on the field on the tv.What Germany could have done with him as I'm sure he would have been more of a threat than Trochowski as good as he was.Marko offers something different.Do you think,if he's fit,he'll play against England next month?Or is Jogi keeping him as a secret for later in the qualifiers for example Russia away.
Re: New players
To be honest, I switched off TV at halftime . Watched a little bit from the couch to save money, so I can not really answer all of your questions, I am sorry.
What Jogi plans with Marko, no one knows.

Re: New players
In England many fans of the big clubs are not interested in their national team.Is it becoming the same in Germany?I saw many empty seats in the Borussia Park and I also heard the Westfalen stadion wasn't sold out either. It seems to me Doc that(to quote the Great Effenberg) your heart "schlaegt auch nur fuer Moenchengladbach" and the national team is a long way second.Am I right?
Re: New players
Oh, oldparish, you are fatally wrong . "Die Nationalmannschaft" has highest esteem among German football fans. That the matches were not sold out is normal, because it was weekday and the matches were not that important and prestigious .
Re: New players
Glad to hear it Doc.
Re: New players
Doc,read over the week-end that Wolves have offered Wayne Hennessey more money to stay at the club.Looks like he'll be more in love with Wolverhampton than Borussia.Having said all that he let in five last night.
