Try and do it for the Stuttgart game 'coz I'm trying to make that(nothing definite yet) I'll see if I can get hold of a Maesteg Park shirt and I'm sure my old mate Ins can lay his hands on an Afan Lido one!!

Spits in disgust!
Llanelli is allowed though, only because Sir Robbie James played there
(Sorry to our German friends Most Welsh people wouldn't understand this thread!! Me and OP actually come from two towns about 20 km apart)

i have no idea what our cymraeg friends are on about, sorry.
or should i say "nos da"
but to get back on topic, a big thumbs up to richie for putting together the fans weekend.
its not his fault the team saved their worst performance of the year for this match, or that the dfl kindly switched it to a sunday evening which screwed most peoples travel plans, or that it was so bloody cold.
its great that the british supporters have a little recognition and we had a great time in spite of those problems. i know richie is busy planning another British Fan Day and hopefully with more of us there this time. and a win. and warm weather

Glad to hear that the day was a success despite all the setbacks. It is nice to know we are part of the Moenchengladbach "family".Just for you 100%gladbach,it's just that if I wore my local clubs' shirt it would be Maesteg Park FC who are in the same league as Afan Lido(so despised by Ins )which is the next league to the Welsh Premier League that's the one that provides our entries into the European competions(not that they get very far!!)As Ins said our two towns are separated only by a mountain or two.As for Robbie James and Llanelli, well, Robbie was agreat Welsh footballer who finished his career at Llanelli and who died at a tragically young age.
